1910-20's Dr. Pierce's Anurc kidney medicine bottle box

Dr. Ray Vaughan Pierce got his diploma from the Electric Medical college Cincinnati . he later became a senator of NY and later Congress and later ran a hospital. This box contained a quack medicine that was an aqua solution containing alcohol , quinine and sometimes opium. It was a medicine pharmicutal pure in the patent medicine business. it was sold for a wide variety of illness. This was the box the bottle came in. We don not have the bottle only the box. It measures 13 3/4 inches long x 3 inches wide x 3 1/2 in deep. it has a slide top and mortised ends and the bottom was applied with 8 small nails. It is in very good condition and the graphics are clear.
