About the manufacturing process:
We use the latest 3D printing technology available in the market. Our models are printed in 4K DLP printers, same technology used by the industry for manufacturing medical devices. Digital light processing (DLP) is a computer aided manufacturing technology that uses a liquid photopolymer resin which cures (solidifies) under a light source. Using cutting edge technology we are able to deliver smooth finished models, with superior quality than our competitors.

About the raw material:
All of our models are made with PLANT BASED photopolymer resin. Photopolymer resin is a type of polymer (PLA) that changes its physical properties with UV light. PLA plant based resin is synthesized gradually with bio-based lactic acid. It has low stimulation, good bio-compatibility and friendly to human environment. It complies with EU safety standard which makes it safe to use.
