Classic Shellac Sanding Sealer is a high quality sealer produced using natural & traditional materials used since the 19th century. A fine quality natural sealer blended from bleached waxy grade shellac and zinc stearate, Flag Classic Range Shellac Sanding Sealer is ideal for sealing new or stripped wood prior to waxing and French polishing. Classic Sanding Sealer is a 4 lb cut of high quality shellac and is excellent for filling the pores of whatever you apply it to. Some might say, a poor man's French Polish.
It is excellent as a base for French polishing or waxing untreated wood.
Ease of sanding ensures a perfect finish.
Use of the Flag Classic Range Shellac Sealer will increase the durability, surface evenness, reduce shadow affect on large flat surfaces, and will increase the overall appearance of a Classic and Lustra wax finish, or any wax finish.
