from Puerto Rico
balcony is made of metal / signed on the reverse: P. Rico / Guillon
can be hung on the wall or free standing, these buildings were sold
as souvenirs
in a store at Old San Juan during the 1990's / they're no longer made
measures 5 3/4 by 8 1/4 inches
in excellent condition, with a small chip on the top side
